The staff is every efficient and friendly and Doctor Lin is very kind and knowledgeable. He makes you feel at ease when you see him.

Dr. Lin was very professional and confident and assuring in his diagnosis of my eye issue. We discussed cause, treatment and follow up and I left feeling reassured.

I don’t understand why my post isn’t being posted because the public needs to know how awful this doctor is. He was flat out so rude and cold to me during my appointment, did not explain anything, and shot down any questions I had. He made me feel so uncomfortable by his rudeness that I had to leave the appointment.

I am taken aback by how poorly I was treated during my appointment with Dr. James Lin. He had horrible bedside manner, was cold, short with his answers, and flat out rude. I have a large floater in my eye that is really affecting my day to day life which I voiced was very distressing to me. He had absolutely no empathy or care about my worries and concerns. He didn't go over any of the tests that were performed and when I asked questions he was visibly annoyed and made me feel stupid for asking. He had his arms crossed like he couldn't be bothered and offered no help, advice, or an ounce of any sort of emotion other than being annoyed. It became so uncomfortable and apparent that he did not want to be in this appointment that I actually had to get up and leave. In my 34 years, I have never experienced anything like this type of treatment from a doctor.

I found the office friendly and effective . The doctor was excellent at explaining his finding .
