Dr. Lam listened carefully to my symptoms and explored potential causes. He took the time necessary to solve a problem of many possibilities. Ultimately, he hit the bulls eye of the problem and took the time to explain it to me and my treatment options. He allowed me to make my own decisions and assistant me in any way he could. He was personally pleasant during the process and made a medical visit an education and a pleasure.
