Great sports medicine dr
If you have orthopedic issues Dr. Kelley will listen to you and do a thorough exam and explain what the options are for you. I’ve found with most orthopedic surgeons they are done with you as soon as you aren’t a surgery candidate.

OUTSTANDING
From the minute I entered his facility I could tell I was in good hands. The young man at the counter welcomed me with a warm smile and kind manner. Allison, his nurse, was also very approachable and friendly. Dr. Kelley was THOROUGH and KNOWLEDGEABLE and took his time to evaluate me. His hands on work up was incredible. I was referred to him by my orthopedist and so happy that I have made this connection! Thank you Dr. Kelley and your entire staff!

Very disappointed
The doctor was kind but I can't help but feel like I wasted a lot of time, energy, and resources attending this appointment for essentially NO reason. Intially I was referred to a surgeon that doesn't take my insurance. I was also prescribed a mobility aid that I am now being informed is ALSO not covered under my insurance. When I called several hours after my appointment (as soon as I found this out it was not covered) and asked that they do a prior authorization request for my insurance, I was told 'we don't do that.' End of conversation. No sympathy. No compassion. Just no. Why did I drive an hour both ways for nothing?Feeling incredibly discouraged and taken advantage of by this place.

Empty Promises Left Me Terrified
I drove 6 hours to see Dr Kelly after recommendation of my specialist. While waiting, I heard him talking down about another patient through a closed door. But I had already made the trip. He made a ton of promises 'if things got bad' and how he would he able to help me. Otherwise said he couldn't do much and suggested an expensive piece of equipment. After having the exact emergency that we discussed, his office told me that I'd have to wait until my scheduled appointment, leaving me with a terrifying situation. I insisted on the things that he promised and told them I was scared that the life threatening issues that HE had mentioned, may be happening. I am still symptomatic sitting at home completely disabled, when I receive a letter telling me that I am released from his office due to 'a lack of therapeutic relarionship.' NEVER once did I disrespect anyone. I advocated for myself after this man made promises that he refused to keep, and was left with no care when I needed it most.

Most caring, knowledgeable physician ever
Dr. Kelley is the kind of physician that every doctor should aspire to be. He not only listens, but thinks 'outside the box', does his research, and reaches out to other expertise to constantly learn and seek answers for his patients. He is extremely knowledgeable about EDS and all of the co-morbidities and does not dismiss nor rush his patients. I am extremely grateful to have him as a physician!
