Called for appointment on Thursday morning and got an appointment for Thursday afternoon. I really appreciate the staff Carrie who fit me in and it was my first visit. I am very grateful. Since this is my first visit with Dr. Kelleher I have to wait and see how prescribed treatment goes before I am fully confident.

Called about a worker's comp appointment as he is the only one in town. Got an appointment 30 days later. Called 4 days before my.appointment to confirm time. The receptionistasked for information on my claim. I provided this to her. 45 minutes before my appointment,she called and told she couldn't get the proper information and I would have to reschedule. Due to her negligence I was 10 minutes late. She told me I had 10 minutes out forms. I was so mad that I left. These people are horrible.

Scheduling is terrible, never seems to have appointments and it was very hard to get anyone to ever call me back. He referred me to an ENT but didn't send the referral to my insurance as required and requested, so that was a huge mess. Maybe he is better with older and/or male patients, but as a young woman, I was not comfortable with him. I am seeing someone else.
