Rude and incompetent. Stormed out of the hospital room when asked questions that he didn’t know the answer to. No bedside manner. No desire to help or to even appear that he cared.

Dr. Johnson and his staff can't be beat. He listens to what you have to say about your issues. He's an expert in what he does and I trust his judgement of the situation. He and his staff (all of them, but shout out to Nick), are very personable and patient with any questions you may have.

I found Dr. Johnson very informative and professional. His bedside manner, along with his PA's, was very nice and pleasant. His office was very efficient and they have great follow up skills. After surgery, the modern day check-in tool Dr. Johnson used was right up my alley in that it was through email and not me having to call in with someone.

For someone who "studied" physician/patient interaction from a physical and mental perspective he was underwhelming. He appeared to come to conclusions even before directly assessing my situation.

Dr. Johnson was able to diagnose my injury without X-rays and within minutes of seeing him. Within 24 hours I was feeling much better and was impressed with the attention and professionalism that I received all around.

Dr Johnson has treated me twice in less than 6 months for broken humerus. The first break on the left arm/shoulder, he monitored for about 3 months until X-rays determined that it healed beautifully without surgery. I was very impressed because he is a surgeon and could have easily just done surgery but he chose the natural healing path instead. The second break, this time my right arm/shoulder was a complex fracture that misaligned bones. Even I could see that nature needed help

Dr. Johnson and his staff are extremely approachable. He takes time to answer questions and assuage any concerns regarding your condition, treatment options and likely outcomes. He doesn't push surgery, and is clear about prognosis. Post surgery he and his staff are answer for questions and are just as helpful as before surgery. Results were awesome too. I had a partial meniscectomy + something-something. 90% at 14 days. Virtually no scars. Only neg: They are almost ALWAYS running late.
