Worked out for a little bit
I had a molar removal in 2019. I don't even recall talking to the surgeon, and the follow up paperwork I was given didn't mention anything about what I will say next. I never got the area filled/replaced. I wasn't told to, and I was never warned on future dental visits. This caused an imbalance in my muscles and, furthermore a TMJD disorder in the jaw. I'm really not impressed. My life is kind of ruined, and I followed the after procedure care to a T

I talked to the receptionist in the office multiple times before I came in about how much my procedure was going to cost $433.00 got paper work saying as much and paid it up front only to get a call several weeks later that I had an outstanding bill of over $1000.00. So seems to me they have a history of lying threw their teeth on how much they are billing

Had a wisdom tooth removed. Loved the new office, high tech equipment, and great staff. The recovery process and timeline data were right on. I would highly recommend Dr. Jerman.

Dr Jerman was very profressional and he made a very nerve wracking procedure for me, comfortable instead of terrifying. I am glad I went to him. He did a great job and I highly recommend him to anyone getting any oral surgery done! His staff is also extremely friendly and he had an impressive website full of all the information you could need.

I had a great experience. In fact if it wasn't for his office being so wonderful I would not be working right now. As my teeth were so bad and I was in need of dentures his staff worked hard to get me in at such short notice and made sure I had what I needed done to start work. Thanks again.

Amazing experience! Over the years I've had three different, horrific experiences having a tooth pulled. However, Dr. Jerman, along with his two assistances, where reassuring, and explained every detail. No pain during procedure, no pain ever. I can't believe that I actually had a tooth pulled. Healing time has been incredible. Forever grateful!

First time for having teeth pulled and being put under. You where all professional. Made me feel less stressed from the front desk to discharge . Highly recommend Flathead valley oral. And Dr. Jerman is great with the iv.

I recently had oral surgery from Dr. Jerman. His staff was very respectful and very pleasant. Dr. Jerman did an excellent job and I didn't have one problem afterwards. The site is healing rapidly and there are no signs of any problem. If I am in need of any other oral surgery, I will definitely return to his office. On a more personal note, thank you, Linda Baese.

Great experience. staff and doctor were great people. I had zero pain from getting all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Jerman called me the next day to check on me. Gave paper work for what to do and what not to do after wisdom teeth removal. Will recommend them to friends that need wisdom teeth removed

I had all four wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Jerman. He is very friendly and easy to talk to, He also explained what he would be doing in the preocdure to give me a better understanding before I was sedated. His staff is also very friendly . Over all I had a positive experience with his office.

Completely satisfied with the extraction. I was very nervous about going under sedation but it was fine & I didn't feel a thing. Healing nicely. Staff & Dr were very nice. There was over an hour wait, but the previous patient was having a problem....things happen. (It could have been me) I would recommend to anyone.
