All Around
Dr. Hudson is a great physician, was very pleased with all my visits. Most notable things for me was his attentiveness and the promptness of the entire practice. No sitting in the waiting room for 1+ hours, the office very much runs on schedule.

Dr. Hudson is attentive and compassionate. He actually listens and answers questions without staring at a computer screen. I wish more doctors were this way. Highly recommend for men's health and general issues.

Dr Hudson has been my doctor since he came to Greenville. He picked up on a missed diagnosis by another provider and made sure I got the test I needed the same day. At 8PM he called me at home to tell me I had a mass in my kidney. The exact same diagnosis that killed my Dad. Three weeks later I had my cancerous kidney removed and am doing great. Dr. Hudson saved my life. He has always been professional, thorough and prompt. If you want a no nonsense doc that gets the job done, this is him

I am grateful for Dr James Hudson. I wallked into his office expecting to get an inhaler for copd as given by another Dr. While I had no chest pain still Dr Hudson quickly diagnose a heart condition It was confirmed by a cardiologist I was 95% blocked x4 and I had bypass..Prior to this visit having been givin three years of inhaler treatment for the same reason I went to his office that day. I will have to say the man saved my life and four years later I have not used an inhaler...

Unhelpful, condescending staff. Dr. Hudson is in a churn 'em and burn 'em mode. He's seeing so many patients he doesn't follow through, he doesn't know your case, he orders test after test and doesn't call you to discuss results or treatment plan. If you need a flu shot I'm sure he's fine. If you need a doctor who cares about your health and is invested in finding out answers, avoid him.

I was transferred to his care after another doctor from his practice left. I am completely dissatisfied with the care he has provided me. Not only did he want to discontinue a medicine I NEED that was prescribed by a previous doctor, he was negligent with test results. I had a spot removed that looked concerning, and he told me 'it was fine'. I forwarded the pathology report to a dermatologist to find that it was actually pre-cancerous and needed further removal. Thanks Dr. Hudson. Thanks a lot.
