Dr. Hovis is an amazing surgeon. Highly recommended. Straight to the point at office visits no time for small talk but that is ok. He takes his job seriously and is awesome at it.

Five stars for Dr. Hovis
Dr Hovis was great, I had a good visit however his assistant does not care much to return calls and emails, I have waited for days to hear form her, all I am traying to find out is when Dr Hovis can operate on me but I have not had the cooperation I was expecting. Not nice.

Dr. Hovis is awesome! He is very personable and explained my condition very well. I didn't feel rushed at all, and he gave me options for treatment. I really appreciated the thought he put into my care. The clinic and staff are also very nice and professional.

I had a massive complete tear of both retaining ligaments in left shoulder. Dr Hovis operated and I have now 98% full range of motion at 7 months after surgery. I expect full range with more PT exercise. Great experience with the doctor and staff. Very busy practice that gives full attention to the patient. Hope for AM appointments or you may have to wait due to the focus of care causing backups at times (better than the bum's rush though)

Dr. Hovis came to the hospital in the middle of the night and fixed me up after I injured my arm really badly. He saved my arm, and I’m back to full use! Thank you!!!

Found Dr. Hovis to be rude and very condescending. So bad I walked out of the appointment. Office Manager was fantastic and helped by rescheduling with a more qualified doctor.

Exceptional care, and Diligence! I struggled with pain in my shoulder for a year before admitting I needed help. A friend suggested Dr Hovis to me. I schedule an appointment to see him. I was diagnosed, and in for surgery right away. My mobility is back, and with that my quality of life is too. I'am extremely grateful.

If I could leave zero I would. Not only did he schedule a hand surgery without looking at the hand. But then cancelled the surgery 13hrs later...... Without seeing the hand.
