Was billed for "after hours service" for an emergency room visit. When I questioned the office, Annette stated they charge this fee "because they can". My insurance company refused to pay it and because Flagstaff Emergency Physicians is not part of my insurance network, I was forced to pay it. I asked for a waiver and Annette said they don't do that. So I'm stuck because it's not as if I can make sure ER doctors are part of my network.
