This is an urgent care facility, I do not recommend Dr. Harrison’s office for anyone looking for a primary care doctor. They even said this themselves when I started to express my concerns regarding their lack of protocols and procedures. They explained to me that given my dad’s needs, it’s best I look for another primary care provider because they have too many patients coming in and are not able to keep up with all of the specialists my dad sees. Because they lack systems and protocols, they’ll oftentimes ask you to come into the office and they’ll charge you a co-pay for purely logistical things that could have been discussed via phone or email and have nothing to do with medical treatment. Furthermore, Dr. Harrison and the nurse practitioners are not on the same page about a variety of things (discharge process, protocol for communication with specialists and gathering their notes, signing disability paperwork, etc.) and they’ll each give you different/contradicting next steps. Something they do have going for them is that they’re office staff is very nice.

This doctor is very unprofessional in any way shape or form, never introduced himself, barges into the room without closing the curtain for privacy, doesn't let you talk when you try explaining yourself, I can't blame him he's the literal definition of childish, he'll argue with YOUR symptoms like he's suffers them! I've been going here for YEARS and this place always fails me.

An absolutely horrible doctor. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Didn't explain my condition and wrote a prescription without a complete diagnosis

The worst interaction with a doctor I have ever had. He was condescending and unprofessional. I was previously diagnosed with scoliosis and also a buldged disk. He told me buldged disks don’t exist and the only reason I’m in pain is because I need more electrolytes and to go to the gym. He said “youre lucky you aren’t fat so you can go to the gym”. He didn’t assess me at all, just spent 15 min lecturing me on Gatorade and exercise then wrote me 3 prescriptions! He didnt assess me at all!
