Dr. Greenspan is an exceptional doctor, caring, compassionate, and professional. He goes far beyond most surgeons, and several times intervened on my behalf with other providers with whom I experienced problems getting adequate and much needed care. He also made me aware of other conditions which required treatment apart from neurosurgery (including an unhealed broken clavicle which my orthopedist had dismissed as healed, the need for a complete hip series which required a total hip replacement, and issues with medication needs in several instances). Aside from being a superior neurosurgeon, he is a kind and ethical person whose purpose is truly helping his patients achieve a better quality of life. In these times, I have lost respect and trust in the medical profession and in doctors in particular. If you are in need of a neurosurgeon, he is the one you can have faith in. One of the very few.

Left me in pain .. said he wasn't pain management.. and his job wasn't to keep me in a job.. I'm 61 and just trying to work.... I wasted 6 months of my life .... severing at work.. not happy with them
