Office staff seems to know more than the Dr.
Spent last Friday in the ER where they discovered a 11mm Ureteral Stone. After a CT scan and an XRay along with treatment the ER Dr. contacted Dr Frogge about the condition. They were told to have me call the Dr office and tell them to get me in the next week. I called on Monday and was told that they would have to look up the report and would get back to me. On Wednesday at about 4:30pm I received a call telling me that they could see me on September 23rd. Far cry from the next week. Seems the office staff did not even speak with the Dr so I was hung out to dry. Don't think so.

Ruined me for life
Went in to Dr Frogge and was dignoised with prostrate problems only thing he offered was steam treatments or surgery which he recommened surgery called a turp, never explained the possible complications of the surgery and then lied about it when a review was made by freeman's when I filed a complaint,I am currently in the procsess of suing for malpractice beware of this doctor I am ruined because he did not explain complications to me and the hospital is going to let him get by with it.

Scheduled appointments are 20 - 29 minutes. You'd be lucky to get 10 minutes from this Dr.

I was referred to this office after having a UTI & persistent bladder pain. & symptoms that returned after antibiotics were done. I saw the NP "Ashley" who Dr. Frogge oversees. Several tests and scans were done & it was determined that I had a "small" kidney. I was told my function was still good but they never addressed my persistent bladder pain despite my asking numerous times. I was given no follow up appt to discuss my results or prognosis. Very disappointed & I will be seeking a 2nd opinio
