Seems disinterested
Didn’t care to look at my labs and reports I brought with me and only did MRIs and further lab testing at my request. Not hopeful and made it appear that there was nothing he or I could do for my symptoms. I will keep looking for an answer.

I'll be honest, I cried at my first appointment with Dr. Francesconi. I have seen multiple doctors and he is the first to take my pain and memory loss seriously and not immediately blame anxiety/depression (The easy way out for a lot of doctors). He took the time to investigate and explained everything in detail with me. He even discussed medication options to make sure I was comfortable with my treatment plan instead of throwing a pill prescription at me and calling it a day. The appointment did not feel rushed, he genuinely was looking for ways to help relieve my pain and memory loss. After 10 years of searching for help, I feel like I am finally on the path to revolve these debilitating migraines. I am so excited to get my life back. It was well worth the drive. Thank you Dr. Francesconi!

The visit and the care from Dr. Francesconi is remarkable. However, I called the number off of the bill so that I could pay the bill in timely fashion. Service is what I believe in. However, the phone call went to India which I could not understand a thing they were saying on the phone. That part of your business is horrible and I am not interested in working over seas.

Dr. Francesconi listened to me and seemed like he cared. Instead of just throwing new meds at me he listens and tries to help the individual. He was patient and kind.

So far so good - I like Dr. Francesconi but I find it is the office staff that makes the doctor so I am hoping his staff is not as bad as one of the reviews says.

Dr. Francesconi is great. When you can see him. His staff says he's on call constantly & can't be reached for questions for weeks at a time. Takes weeks to schedule appointments. Days/a week for staff to return a call. So hopefully you don't have an urgent problem; you won't be able to reach your him or see him for at least 2 weeks.

Dr. Francesconi gave me my life back. Migraines take away so much of your life. After visiting Dr. Francesconi I have been migraine free for 6 months. Something the other doctors and specialist could not achieve.
