I want to thank Dr. Douglas and the entire staff at IVF Plano for helping us out with our FET process. I am 11 weeks pregnant now. The doctor is really caring and reassuring. The way he talks and explains the process is a reflection of his vast experience in the field. The staff was really compassionate and was always available for any questions that I had. It was really an honor working with IVF Plano and I am for sure coming back for my next FET.

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Douglas and his entire staff, Lana, Vickie and Karen! They listen to every concern and answer every question with compassion and knowledge. They treat you like family and are such a great team together; they really work together to make your difficult journey easier! Seriously, it’s so hard to find an entire doctor’s staff where every person is super friendly and you actually enjoy seeing at each appointment but IVF Plano has exactly that! We are forever thankful for IVF Plano for making our dreams come true with our sweet girl and the rest of our embabies waiting on ice. They made struggling with infertility so much easier and less stressful. We can’t recommend them enough!

My husband and I went to see Dr. Douglas after struggling to get pregnant for over a year (I'm only 29). He and his staff diagnosed me with PCOS, pinpointed my issue with annovulation, and after just two rounds of IUI we were pregnant. He explains everything thoroughly and in a way you can understand beyond a doubt. He never rushed us and always had time for questions. My nurse, Lena, was also wonderful and gave me very detailed instructions for each IUI procedure. And the sonographer there is very compassionate and walks you through everything she does and points out the important things on the sonogram. It has really been all of these small things that together make me highly recommend Dr. Douglas for infertility treatments.

Dr. Douglas and the office staff were so wonderful to work with! Dr. Douglas was able to identify infertility issues that had gone unnoticed by other fertility specialists. He was also able to identify and successfully surgically remove my uterine septum. After being under Dr. Douglas' care I was able to get pregnant and not experience recurrent miscarriages. He is very knowledgeable and straight to the point with his explanations and plan, which I really appreciated. The office staff is also so wonderful and friendly! I never had to wait on hold whenever I called in ,and they always greeted me by my first name and with a smile when I walked in. Overall, it was a wonderful experience working with Dr. Douglas and his staff, and I feel very fortunate to be in the position I am in thanks to them.

I am 30 years old and had been trying over a year to get pregnant. Dr. Douglas diagnosed me with PCOS and created a plan to quickly conceive. His staff is amazing and took very good care of me. Everything is done very timely so you don't miss cycles. With his help, I now have a beautiful 1 year old baby boy and have another baby on the way. I would highly recommend!

Dr. Douglas is an amazing reproductive endocrinologist!!! He has over 30 years of practice and knows his stuff. He has the highest pregnancy success rates in the state and 6th highest in the country for a reason. He is extremely thorough and knowledgeable about the entire IVF process. Dr. Douglas listens to his patients, provides his expertise, and always follows through with recommendations. Dr. Douglas never rushes his patients and helps them with their decisions based on his experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Douglas for any fertility needs, why go anywhere else when you can get the absolute best treatment in the state and take home your baby the first try?

After struggling with infertility for a few years and seeing another local doctor for 18 months I made the switch to Dr. Douglas and I am currently 5 months pregnant. The entire staff with IVF Plano is incredible and I am so happy I made the switch to his office. He really cares about results.

My husband and I have been trying to start a family for 4 years now, and were so frustrated with my old OB telling us that all of our lab results were normal and that we just needed to keep trying. So we did for another 2 years. We finally decided to get a fertility doctor's opinion and came across Dr. Douglas. It was the BEST decision that we have ever made!!! Dr. Douglas was so knowledgeable (over 30 years of experience!) easy to talk to, and within 5 minutes of looking at my previous lab results, he was able to figure out immediately what our fertility issues were. We were so amazed!!! Dr. Douglas got me on track with meds and shots to help with what I was deficient in, and within 2 cycles... We had a SUCCESSFUL PREGNANCY!!! I am currently in my 2nd trimester and feeling awesome! I am forever grateful to Dr. Douglas and his staff especially his awesome awesome nurse, Angela, the registration team (always so nice and friendly), and the sonographer. The BEST BEST BEST Doctor I have ever seen!!! I have come for my 2nd baby and it was an awesome care, same as it was for my 1st baby. The entire team is great, friendly and positive. Never felt stressed about the procedures. I wish he was my doctor for prenatal care as well.

Dr Douglas, unlike some of his peers in the industry, is not big on sweet talk but very straight forward, he explained everything in detail since day one. Never met a man with more honesty and integrity. He sat down with me, listened to what I had to say and gave me a solid plan AND its working! His entire team including the IVF Lab and the Presbyterian ARTs staff are all amazing, professional and courteous people. Highly…Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Douglas for a few years now and have been happy with my experience. Under his care, I’ve had 2 successful IVFs – my daughter is 2 and I’m now pregnant with my 2nd child. It took some failures along the way to get to this point, but I’m beyond grateful for our successes! Dr. Douglas has a straightforward, factual demeanor and is very skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to creating a protocol and doing procedures. Depending on your treatment you may have many visits where you don’t meet with the Dr. directly, but you can always request to have a consult with him. Dr. Douglas has had the same staff the whole time I’ve been going there and they are wonderful! You can tell that they really care about what they’re doing and want to help. It can be a tough journey and it makes a big difference to be around a team that cares.

He asked questions and was ready to listen if we had any questions or concerns. We had been trying to conceive for 2 years and it had been difficult for us. One of my coworkers told me about IVF Plano and a first I hesitated but then after reading about him I decided we had to reach out for a little push. After one round of medication, I was able to conceive. I only saw him for like 2 -3 months. I am so grateful. Best doctor and best staff.

Dr. Was really helpful and explained us everything in detail. Took time to listen to all our questions and answer them to our satisfaction. The staff is kind, courteous and helpful. Informed us about any changes in our upcoming appointments and reports in timely manner. I would recommend Dr. Douglas to anybody with fertility and pregnancy issues.

We have been trying for one and a half years with another doctor but no luck as I had PCOD. Our friend recommended Dr. Douglas as they also had success with him. I found Dr. Douglas is a very professional and experienced person. He and his staff are very patient and always answered my all kind of doubts and queries. He made a specific plan for our case and it worked. I highly recommend Dr. Douglas and his staff. They are just 'THE BEST'.

I came in to do an IUI and I was so new to all of this. Everyone at the office was so nice and helpful with any questions I had. I was doing this on my own being a single person so it made me at ease that I could call them anytime. I did two rounds of IUI and got pregnant with twins the second go around. I absolutely loved Plano IVF. Dr. Douglas took his time and would always answer any questions I had. He was straight forward with us and very knowledgeable about this area. We had been trying for over a year and half to get pregnant with no luck. First round of shots and meds with him and we are expecting our miracle baby April 2020! Dr Douglas, unlike some of his peers in the industry, is not big on sweet talk But when he does speak, he speaks with intent with a no-BS attitude that permeates honesty and integrity . We did just one IVF cycle with him and had extraordinary results. He sat down with us, meticulously analyzed what was wrong in previous cycles and came up with a solid plan. Today I have a beautiful baby and 10 good quality embryos in the bank. The whole staff at IVF Plano is amazing. Vicky, Karen, Lana, Angela, Steve, the nurse that draws blood- everyone is great at their jobs.

He is a very compassionate and knowledgable doctor. I am over 40 and was having a difficult time finding a doctor to take my case. He was very understanding and took the time to talk with me at length about my options. He is has the experience to take on the tough cases and also keeps up with the latest infertility procedures. I never felt rushed by him or his staff whether in making decisions or during the office visit. I felt cared for throughout my time with him and his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Douglas and his staff. Btw, I am expecting my baby boy this fall. So excited.
