I have full confidence in Dr. Cusack. He performed excision of an advanced melanoma with a skin graft and lymph node excision two years ago. He did a beautiful job. Also he is friendly and patient and I am at ease with him to ask questions. He gives clear explanations. He continues to follow - up on my condition.

I had radical surgery (cyto-reductive) surgery in October 2018 and it was performed by Dr. Cusack. I can't say enough about his excellent bedside manner and his genuine care from my diagnosis to current after-surgery appointments and discussions. Also, his nurse Brittney is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and they both take the time to really listen and answer any questions big or small. Very happy with this team at MGH!!

Dr. James C. Cusack is one of the best physicians I have ever encountered. He is technically outstanding - a miracle worker. He speaks in clear, plain English, and is an all around superb communicator. Highest recommendation.

Dr.Cusack and his team were so well prepared if back up was needed. His skills helped us have the best case scenario with a very risky surgery. He was patience before and after the surgery.

Both Dr. Cusack and his staff was very efficient and courteous. Messages left with his office personnel were replied in a timely manner. Straight to the point type of doctor. Addresses your concerns and takes the time to answer any questions you might have. Responds to emails very promptly - which is very much appreciated. His knowledge and experience in his field was impressive and reassuring. We would highly recommend him.
