Excellent Physician
Saw Dr. Cook after having a number of serious maladies hit me all at once. Symptoms presented as something between MS and stroke. Dr. Cook gave me one of the most thorough medical exams that I've ever received. He wasn't in a rush to get out the door and spent as much time as I needed to address questions and concerns. Am continuing to go back to him and highly recommend him to anyone who needs this kind of medical assistance. His lead receptionist on the other hand is a total queen bee.

Dr. Cook takes care of my Mother. She has Parkinson's Disease. She is 86 years old. Dr. Cook is the nicest, most thorough, kindest, bright, knowledgeable, caring, considerate, helpful and supportive doctor that I know! He is THE BEST! He calls back, he spends time with my Mom, and, I assume all patients he sees. He never makes us feel rushed or like we are taking up his time. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone that needs a neurologist. He is a wonderful doctor and a wonderful person!

Dr Cook does not accept CIGNA. I even offered to pay out of pocket and was told they do not accept "self pay". Receptionist was abrupt.

I have close friends in Philly who are an older couple. They left their house at 7:00 am for a 9:00 appointment. The wife was supposed to see him for anxiety and nervous tremors. After driving around for two hours plus, my friends gave up. They didn't have the office number. When they got home, they called. The receptionist was downright nasty. Zero empathy. She told my friends they need to pay $100 for missing the appointment. And this is for a patient who is already anxious and on edge. Stay away!

Dr. Cook listened very well and put together a lot of different data to give me an accurate diagnosis that helped me understand what was happening. He is very smart and observant. I'm grateful for his skill.
