Dr. Caro's lack of due diligence and follow through left my mother blind and it could have been prevented had he done his job......THINK TWICE!!

The staff is very friendly and understanding. He explained his diagnosis very well, with vocab a high school graduate could understand. He is there for you, not for making money off you. He does what he thinks is in your best interest. When I had to get surgery, he explained what was going to happen, and it made it less scary. I would recommend him to any one I meet.

Dr. Caro has been unreachable for support after my surgery last week. His on-call replacement was unhelpful on Friday when we called to let him know the pain medication was insufficient. Caro didn't prescribe nearly enough pain meds, requiring me to go to the ER to get a prescription. He didn't exchange more than 10 words with me on the day of the surgery. He didn't see me at all after the surgery on that day. Nobody from his office has called in a week since the surgery.
