Dr. James Cahill, DPM

It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Dr. James B. Cayhill, MD and his wonderful RN, medical assistant Bethany, plus his staff. Dr. Cayhill’s office personnel always smile, which makes knowing them such a wonderful experience! I recently had surgery to remove very painful bone spurs from the bottom of my foot. I could not be in less pain now if I tried! Senator and Mrs. John Edward Courson and I recommend Dr. Cayhill and his caring staff highly and without any reservations.

I was referred to Dr. Cahill by my PCM for a planter's wart. On my initial visit, he numbed my foot and removed the planter's wart. Unfortunately for me, the SAME wart is still there AND there is an additional wart that surfaced after my recheck for the removal of the first wart. Now, not only does the initial wart still exist, but there is a second wart and orthopedic problems exist from altering how I walk due to pain from the warts. He spends the whole appointment talking about himself!

Dr. Cahill is a very experienced podiatrist. I was very impressed with his bed side manner, patience while listening to me, professionalism and overall concern with my problem. I have referred friends and clients to him.

I called to make an appointment a little after 8am. After taking my insurance info, the secretary said she would call me back with the next available appointment time. A little over 45min later and still no call. What kind of competent office staff has to call back with an appointment time? Do they not know how to check a schedule? Not returning the call is even worse. I went with another podiatrist.
