I’ve been a patient for many years, don’t plan to come back. Terribly disrespective of patients waiting time. Has been a pattern. Yesterday I waited 53 minutes past my appointment time before getting my name called. Then another 75 minutes in various rooms before seeing Dr Brown. THEN when he came into the room to do the eye exam he took one look with his “light” and saw that his staff forgot to dilate my eyes and he discontinued the exam with no explanation. Guess he didn’t want to make me wait any longer since I indicated I was unhappy and didn’t plan to come back. He is a competent doctor, and performed successful procedures on me, but as I told him I thought he had gotten too busy in his practice.

The lens Dr. Brown put in my husband's eye during cataract surgery was sorely ineffective and his vision worse. My husband told Dr. Brown he was disappointed in the results. Dr. Brown told my husband he was disappointed with him [my husband]. My husband is now having to live with poorer vision than before the cataract surgery.

Slowest place in town! Waited over 2 hours to be seen by the doctor. It's ridiculous.
