Will not return after needing surgery
The doctor never introduced himself to me even after 3 appt. At the 3rd appt. I was told to that they couldn't treat me there and I should go to the ER, which I did. 30 minutes later I was in surgery and had most of my left leg amputated. I will not be returning to this doctor and have chosen another PCP. This was not a good experience to say the least.

This doctor has been prescribing my mother pain medication unnecessarily for years to the point where she has become not only dependent on them, but abuses them regularly to the point she has lost friends and family members due to her addiction. The doctor never reviews her case and prescribes them at will to coat not only his pockets but the pockets of big pharma. He is a disgrace and needs his license revoked.

I miss him terribly. I moved to the Cape and want to move back up north next year. Hoping he will still be taking patients. I've never found a Primary Care physician as caring, capable and guiding, as he is.

Dr. Brown has been my PCP for about 5 years and is top-shelf. He is professional and friendly, providing excellent care, and spending whatever amount of time is needed, never rushed. I come prepared with questions and he LISTENS. He answers all my questions in a fashion I understand and provides excellent direction.

Listens. Will spend time actually listening to my concerns and addresses them. A lost art. He is also technically proficient who will take into account different solutions. For instance he was open to trying acupuncture as an adjunct to using pain medication. I recommend him with highest regard.

He is articulate, pleasant and efficient. Listens well and responds to concerns. Staff is also good. Only issue is the difficulty of getting an annual appointment. For sick visits I can usually see one of the nurse practitioners immediately but to schedule a physical with him even a year out is tricky and the appointment often winds up being more than a year away.
