Dr. James Brock, DO

Our last pulmonologist for our 2 yr old with severe asthma was through children’s hospital. For every visit he came in the room to confirm we wanted his inhalers refilled (which weren’t initially prescribed by him) then left and that was it. When we first met with Dr. Brock he kept us in office for about an hour and a half going over what may be the underlining cause and suggested we do further testing on things no other doctor mentioned were options. He evaluated everything and made an incredibly thorough and understandable treatment path to follow. Dr. Brock truly wanted to help our child, 10 out of 10 best pediatric pulmonologist we’ve ever met with.

Our son has asthma and working with Dr. Brock was excellent. He has an outstanding knowledge base and was able to answer any of our questions and provide detailed explanations for our concerns with certain medications. I am very pleased with the care our son received and could not rate him higher!

Dr. Brock made my family feel not only welcomed but cared for. After needing a new pulmonogist, we came to him and felt instantly comfortable. He was thorough but clear in his work and gave us amazing asmtha plans that have improved our symptoms more than we expected. We have come to him for multiple appointments and can say that the quality of care has not diminished and would enthusiastically recommend anyone in need of a pulmonologist to go to him. Our little guy is only 4yo and has had a difficult road with finding the right combination of medications and treatment for his allergies and asthma. Dr. Brock was committed to finding the right treatment plan and was dedicated to our family. We are fortunate for his diligence and grateful for his partnership!

I want to start by saying thank you for saving my babygirl's life. Dr. Brock was sent from Heaven. He is the definition of authenticity. He's quick with his knowledge of his practices and very compassionate towards his patients and their families. My daughter has a complex medical condition that affects most of her major systems and causes various health issues. Because of this we see many, many doctors. Unfortunately, dealing with chronic health challenges is never easy. The time, effort, and money spent in doctor’s offices often feels like it is wasted. At times, we are dejected and struggle to find the desire to keep pursuing answers. Our experience with Dr. Brock has been a welcome change of pace - like the moment the sun breaks through the clouds, and you find relief from the dreariness. He truly listens, shows genuine concern and empathy, asks insightful questions, and provides valuable feedback. Perhaps most impressive is his tenacity to keep tackling a problem when it feels like we’ve tried everything. Dr. Brock has given us hope that a better quality of life is possible. Dr Brock is by far the best Doctor I've been to for my son's complex case. He listens, gives advice, reviews his whole case (not just pulmonary), doesn't rush, smart, caring, and friendly. Love, Love, Love Dr Brock.

Dr. Brock is wonderful. He has taken care of my daughter for the last year. He has a big heart for children. He is passionate about helping them get better. I wouldn’t want anyone else taking care of her.
