Dr. Boyson marked my husband's account as 'joint responsibility' without our knowledge. My husband passed away in 2018 and life as a widow is hard. I spent 5 years at home caring for my husband in his final years. Now, I'm alone and just trying to survive.... and Dr. Boysen reporting my husband's $400 debt against MY credit is making it almost impossible to rebuild my life. I think it's unfair and shady business practice to mark my husband's account as joint responsibility without our knowledge. Thanks for making my new life as a widow even harder than necessary.

Family member sent to LTAC, Texas Neuro Rehab, where Dr. Boysen is the Medical Director of this facility marketing itself as " COVID19 Recovery facility". Family member was stable with Trach off ventilator for 48 hours and not on telemetry. O2 saturations monitors was set to alarm at 85% O2 saturations per facility policy. So family member was found pulseless in early am hours and who knows for how long, because no alarms went off to notify staff that he was likely in acute hypoxic respiratory failure. And with no staff at bedside for sometime, when the alarm finally alerted the staff " 85% O2 saturations" he was found without pulse. The CPR given for what sounds like 27 minutes per nurses verbal to me, was really only standard protocol. Dr. Boysen as the medical director of this facility and a specialist of his credentials, had to have known according to the standards of pulmonary critical practice that " 85% O2 saturations " before alarm was too low. Poor standard of care practice
