Dr. Boyd deserves well over the maximum of 5 stars. He is a great listener and will take great time to explain his diagnostic evaluation and his treatment recommendations. In my case I had a swollen knee from a sprain while I was razing weeds with a hedge trimmer. The MRI showed I had meniscus tears and inflammation. I fully expected that he would put me straight under the knife. To my surprise, he emphasized that his operating style is non-invasive and that the surgical option is only as a last resort. So he suctioned out fluid from my knee and injected cortisone. He expressed an expectation that I would probably not need a surgery. The final verdict is at my next scheduled visit 2 months out. It is now 24 hrs later. The swelling is gone. The pain is gone. The limping is gone. I am back to normal. THANK YOU DR. BOYD. YOU ARE THE GREATEST AND I LOVE YOU! GOD BLESS YOU!

Very rushed and unhelpful, would not recommend to anyone. He needs better people skills.

Saw my son for hip pain. Professional, evaluated him thoroughly and came up with a good treatment plan, even though it wasn't a serious surgical injury. Wonderful staff, considerate and kind. Great interaction with kids.

My 5 year old son broke his arm over the summer. Dr. Boyd was very professional, and explained the seriousness of the brake to my wife and I, and what needed to be done to fix it. We felt confident he would be in good hands after our consultation. I can say now, that after surgery (4 pins), and recovery, our boy is back in action and stronger than ever. Big thanks to Dr. Boyd and his team for helping our little guy through a tough time.

Dr. Boyd is the very best specialist that I have ever been to. Not only is he a nice, down to earth person but he is a great Dr. I would recommend him to everyone! He did surgeries on both of my knees in the last 8 weeks! Today was my second surgery and I am already walking on the leg that had the surgery! His office staff is great, also! Will never recommend him to anyone. He rushed into my consultation and didn’t explain anything or have time to talk with me. He was not at all concerned for my pain level which was an 8 out of 10. He told me that the only thing he would do for me was surgery. At the time I had to wait for the end of the year due to insurance he offered me no help and made me feel like a number and not a human being. He wasn’t interested in anything I had to say. We recommend Dr. Boyd to everyone. He did my knee surgery with exellent results. He is kind , patient and very professional. My children are also his patients.

Absolutely poor patient care and apparently not concerned with taking new patients, even with ER referral. Found every excuse to cancel my appointment, even referring me to a podiatrist without taking the appropriate time or dianogistics to determine my injury. PPO insurance with Anthem, so coverage and being paid for service was not the issue. Just a horrible representation for all medical professionals.
