Dr. James Beard, MD

Dr. Beard was my children's doctor for many years. He is the best of the best. My favorite physician of all time. He treats children with ADHD as well. Highly recommended

My son has been seeing Dr. Beard for about 3 years now. My son and I love Dr. Beard and his staff. I was near a breaking point prior to getting an appointment with Beard....yes the paperwork and wait for an initial appointment was beyond worth it. My son and I just did not communicate well together and were often avoiding each other just to try and keep the household environment somewhat sane. Dr. Beard did some basic testing with items he has at office...no computer test. He explained to me the reason behind behaviors and reactions. He understood my kid better in 45 mins than I did in 8 or 9 years! With Beards help, my son is a different....one we can all understand and finally enjoy. His teachers notice a huge difference as well. I do not know where we would be if I didn't get the advice to see Dr. Beard. He helped our family more than he knows.

Amazing! We are extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity for our daughter to have visits with Dr. Beard. He was quickly able to assess what our needs were and how he could help. The wait is completely and totally worth it. He has a bright and positive attitude and we could not be more pleased. Highly recommend!!!

My grandson was a patient of dr beards,I went to an appt with him and his mother. Grandsons behavior was to the point she couldn't talk from the tears. He wouldn't listen.he only changed meds and sent him out thedoor . My grandson ended ugoing to a psch hospital. Turns out he has autism and several other things. We have since taken him out if state and are receiving the help that is needed. If there was a negative star that is what I would give

Dr. Beard was well worth the wait! It was easy to see that Dr. Beard found his niche and life's purpose in treating children. His personality and office presence helped to put my son and I at ease. He spoke to us, not over us. He interacted with us at great length. He sat right beside me and answered any question I might have had. He was knowledgeable but not egotistical. I felt like we really mattered and that he wanted to help us and to watch my son improve and flourish over time. So pleased!!
