Rude, unprofessional, arrogant disrespectful. I am Hispanic and when I told him he needs to have better bedside manners he replied: me? Ay ay ay señorita! He is not a good professional!

Had to go to urgent care in Monroe. Met Dr. Bass for treatment (upper respiratory, turned out to be walking pneumonia). He was friendly, calming and very caring. Explained my situation , had an X-ray, received the prescriptions and off I went. Less than 45 minutes total. The memorable part to me was the camaraderie I felt immediately. I trusted him and opened up about other medical issues and had a great talk. I haven't had that experience with a doctor in many years. Thank YOU!
