I went to the emergency room at SFBH a few weeks ago. August 27th at around 8 pm I had a very high temperature and chills and just very very ill. Upon arrival I was seen almost immediately by a nurse named Sandy and then I believe I heard his name was Dr. Bartlett. His bedside manner was very kind. He made me feel comfortable and quickly got the ball rolling to get me better medically, but also the way he treated me with compassion and care made me feel safe and like I was in the right hands.
