Do not go to this man for a facelift!
He totally did a failed facelift and then offered to do it again for half price. I’m still trying to recover from the chop job he did behind my ears and my face still looks the same as it did before surgery.

20 Years Later
In Feb 2002 I committed to breast augmentation going from a 34B hand full after one child to a 34DD . I have sense then had 2 children no issues . I have had my procedure for 20 years now. Went back at 10 years for check up everything was fine. No complications. Now it’s 20 years later everything is still fine. I’ve even had many mammograms no issues. This office was amazing with me from the no wait check in, no wait surgery schedule , drs was there for me when I was at home and in pain called me back promptly. He talked me through it while at home, he recommended me take an ice bath to relieve normal swelling and the ice bath worked. Gave pains meds for a few weeks . And a few weeks later I was back to work and I felt like a princess buying new bras and clothes . I have no complaints about the services or care I received and to be honest Drs Apesos was the perfect choice and I’m so thankful for him. This procedure really helped my confidence long term!

Go with your first instinct
I went to see Dr. Apesos a few years ago for a consultation and felt he was rude and unfriendly. I went back about 3 or 4 years later (because so many people spoke so highly of his work) and was pleasantly surprised! He was very nice, patient and took the time to answer every question I had. Fast forward, I decide to go with him for my procedure, his staff is AMAZING, they helped me get everything scheduled and that was that! Easy enough…right? Wrong! A few days after my procedure I’m in a lot of pain, crazy swelling so I call him and he squeezes me in. I see him SEVERAL times after this visit for discomfort, swelling etc. I tell him then that I’m unhappy with things, he gives me scripts and tells me I have to wait 6 months before correcting things. I wait 6 months, pay again and I’m STILL UNHAPPY and all he told me was to request my records and go somewhere else which is what I should’ve done in the first place…GO WITH YOUR FIRST INSTINCT!

Extra Mile
Dr. Apesos did a great job in handling a few unexpected surprises during surgery. He exchanged my 17 year old BA with stretched muscles and displacement. Everything has turned out beautiful so far. (I'm still in the settling process) Preop was thorough, he had great judgement on size and the incisions are healing beautifully. His staff is knowledgeable, friendly and amazing.

Avoid Dr Apesos at all costs! He is a complete liar when it comes to explaining the surgery, risks, and outcomes. All you'll get from his explanations is him saying he could whatever you want and he'll make it look good because you're in good hands. My results are absolutely horrible and went to see other doctors who said they cannot fix what he has done. But Apesos on the other hand says he can fix it for an additional cost! As long as you do not die in his office during the procedure he can give you whatever results without any consequences to his actions. This man has zero ethics or moral character. If you were to go to where there are more surgeons such as a bigger city you will see the night and day difference between Apesos and the other doctors who put patients as their primary concern. The problem is that Apesos is basically the only one around in the Dayton area so there is no competition and people go to him by default. He needs to retire at his age!

I came in for a consult and felt just completely rushed. The staff was amazing! Dr. Apesos demenor was like most specialist; not inviting and warm but concrete and straight forward. However, He literally and I'm being gracious spent 5min with me. He didnt further explain anything past one sentence answers and focused on things like my job, where I work etc that have nothing to do with Why or What this appt was for. Please keep in mind the 'patient' is there for 'help' treat them so.

I was not given proper anesthesia, I felt every bit of the procedure and remember it. The observing medical student had to restrain my defensive attempts. After the surgery Dr. Apesos said, "You are very alert and awake". ??? This was not the right clinic for me.
