Dr Anderson is kind and caring very easy to communicate with and gives you plenty of time on your visit no rush I can't tell you enough about the care that I receive when I do go to Optum medical since I do see another wonderful doctor there too the staff is friendly and will help you or direct you in the right direction if you have any billing issues and the fact that he comes in early in the morning is a big help since I do work and have a very busy schedule I recommend him highly especially if you have any issues with your foot or ankle

Will Always Take Care of You !
Dr James Anderson is the kindest doctor I have ever been to. The doctor's receptionist was also so nice !! I had an emergency and needed to see the dr and even though the dr was so busy and over booked with patients that day , he still made the time to fit me in. He is just the most caring wonderful being.

Excellent Doctor
Absolutely excellent care. He is knowledgeable, patient and listens. My only complaint is the ridiculous wait time to see him. Very upset that I sit in the office after an hour and wait…….
