After my first surgery, I’ve known strength and love and lifeDr Alvis’s skill gave me almost 20 years of pleasant fulfilling life. A relatively painless life.I’ve run marathons walked the shores of many countries swam in most oceans.Loved a woman as deeply as a man can.Now with this new surgery Dr. Alvis has again extended the enjoyment of life and given me another chance.PS.His staff has been wonderful.

He's a talented surgeon, no doubt, but the follow-up care is not good. He's never examined me physically or gone over an MRI with me in the room, or anything. He just comes in, asks me how I feel, then I leave with a handful of scripts. The worst part are the inept office staff, who take weeks to return a call, even after calling several times. Alvis will do a good job on your surgery, but don't expect that to end your pain,, and don't expect anyone in his office to care when it doesn't.

D. ALuis is an amazing surgeon. He doesn't waste your time and listens to all your concerns. He's very knowledgeable and knew exactly what course of treatment to use in my case which resulted in a great outcome.
