The best!
I love how Dr. Dorris listens compassionately, but also helps support you, and tells it how it is - even if you don’t what to hear it. I really appreciate her and love having her as my doctor.

Baffled
I am giving her. 2 because I rarely had to wait for an appointment, but maybe there is a reason. I spent over a year trying to like her snotty, posh behavior because I thought she was cutting edge, until she misdiagnosed my husband because she read a blood test incorrectly and didn't listen to him. She started him on a very dangerous regimen that was in her specialty and brought her kudos, even though it wasn't the first line of defense if he truly had the condition. From the first visit with his pain, he told her what was wrong. She didn't even do X-rays first to see the problem. Once he changed doctors and found that she misread the blood test, coming off this regimen was a terrible and arduous 6 months and he needed surgery for the original problem he diagnosed himself! Please get 2nd opinions for anything she diagnoses. Perhaps if she learns how to listen, slows down, she can be a decent doctor one day.

Unpofessioal
Dr. Dorris has a very poor bedside manner. She is snippy, rude, and crass. Does not listen at all. I could not have a conversation with her at all. Absolutely would not recommend her.

DO NOT RECOMMEND
Did not examine me in anyway. Did not read my health history. Rude, condescending, unprofessional and hostile. Speaks badly about colleagues in the practice during the appointment. Does not want to listen to me explain my diagnosis and treatment plan OK by other doctors.

She blamed me for my pain and was judgmental in my visits. It seemed rushed and like she wasn't wanting to be there. She wouldn't examine me until I asked for it and then tried to focus on a different problem I've had and listed off the bad side effects for a medication I need to take, prescribed by a different doctor. Never actually tried to find the root of the pain I've been having and it seemed like she didn't believe my pain was even real.

Dr Dorris is two faced and never has enough time for her patients. She is a terrible Doctor. She made sure I cannot get proper help with pain which I have been experiencing since 2018. She never diagnosed anything for me.I went on to find I have gastritis, spinal stenosis,Osteoarthritis,Hypertension and I also have chronic Emphysema. I would never send anyone to her EVER!

Not a people person. Not sure why she chose to be a doctor. Snippy. Snooty. No Empathy. Has to leave room to consult other doctors, computer, or desk reference. Does not seem to have confidence in her own skill or knowledge.
