Dr. Jaivanti Lohano, MD

Nothing is ever HER problem, she always tells me to talk to a different doctor to fix any issues I have. Then, she sends me to the lab for a bunch of blood tests. Overweight and can't lose? Not her problem. Depressed? Not her problem. Having heart palpitations and you're not sure if you're having heart issues, or if it's just a panic attack? She'll tell you to call a cardiologist. Think you might have adrenal/endocrine issues? Again, not her problem. She'll sure refuse to give you a referral, though. She doesn't actually listen, she spends the entire extremely short visit, typing on a laptop, and telling you who else you need to go see in order to diagnose whatever ails you.

Kidney stone … asked if I could see a urologist told no wait till it move again then call we will give you a referral. It hurt so bad the first time I threw up for over 15 mins. Not good patient care.

Went to ER and was told if it was not better in 3-4 days go to my primary. Went to see her she said want do you want me to do you have to finish medication. I was in tears she said come back when finished. I went to see Dr K the ENT and it was not even want they was treating me for and told me to stop taking it it was making it worse. He gave me a different medication.

Listens to me even though I know she's busy. I don't have to wait more than 5 minutes to see her very short visit everyone is very nice in the office.

I used to see her when I lived in new albany she is very soft spoken and polite and it always seemed like she cared about your health but she expected you to also care and take her advice as well

Not good but I have no other choice. She told me to "Google it" when I asked for help when I had just found out I had a blocked artery. I was in a hospital in another state and they wanted to do surgery but I came home instead and called and saw my doctor right away. I found a heart specialist that saw me the next morning in Louisville with no help from her. Thanks doc.

I set up my new patient appointment. It has been SEVERAL years since I have had a primary care dr and thought it was time to set up a relationship with a dr. When talking to her it seemed like I was just a number and she could have cared less. I let her know of "issues" I was having and not once did she ask how long it had been going on, or any other questions about it.

I love Dr. Lohano she is very health oriented with an awesome bedside manner ...I would and have definitely recommended her to other patients. ..She's Awesome!!!!
