I had to cancel appt 36 hrs a head. They require at least 48 hrs. Never heard of this and I work in the medical field. They will not take the charges off my account. If I’m such and important patient why wouldn’t they help me for having to cancel one appt. Money is more important than treatment. This is why medical fields are failing patients in this country. Very sad!

Unhappy patient – Jan 23, 2020

Took a family member in who has not eaten solid food in 15 days due to stroke and was told our appointment had been cancelled by the office without notice. Patient is wheel chair bound and was sent away per Dr. Oviedo. The next available appointment is in 11 days. The front desk was non-empathetic to the patient's condition. No solution or help offered to patient or concerned family - completely unacceptable.
