I was a new patient to Kaiser and scheduled an annual check-up appt. When I sat with Dr. Gonzalez, he asked why I had requested the appointment if I did not have any current medical issues. I also asked him to check a mole that I had some concerns about. He took a closer look and dismissed it as nothing. Because the mole was irregularly shaped I pressed that I wasn't satisfied. He had an assistant take a picture then said he'd let me know. It's been over 6 mos and I haven't heard back.
