Diagnosed with Stenosis. Surgery executed by Dr. Gasco 3 years ago. Back pain got progressively worse. Seeked a second opinion. MRI revealed lose screws, fusion did not take. While being prepped for surgery, I met another of Dr. Gasco's patients. He too was dissatisfied with Dr. Gasco.

Pain free and happy
I was in so much pain due to sever back issues. But now 60 days post surgery I feel awesome. Dr Gasco and his team help me so much. Recovery time went very will and soon I was off my pain medication. I must admit I was apprehensive of back surgery. But the staff at his office assured me things will be safe and return to a pain free life. I am happy and feel great. Thank you so much Dr. Gasco and team. I would highly recommend him to all my friends should you ever need back surgery. He is outstanding.

Dr Gasco , my Angel
Dr Gasco, my angel, after so many CT scan's, MRI,'s, and physical therapy. It only took my first visit with him. And got diagnosed correctly. After surgery I got my life back. Able to sleep and life with out lower back pain. L4 and L5 broken and no other neurosurgeon detect that.

Horrible!!
This man (I can't say Dr because he sure didn't act like one) has to be the worst neurosurgeon in El Paso! First time visit and he talked liked he was the parent and I was the kid in trouble. Anything I said went through one ear and out the other. All other regular Dr's have told me what's wrong and referred me to a neurosurgeon for help, however he said that I have nothing wrong but usual wear and tear! All this man did was condesend me and tell me to come back in 6 months! That won't be happening! DON'T SEE THIS MAN!!!

I went to see Dr Gasco for headaches and he was able to diagnose me why when other doctors couldn't. He also examined me and found a small neck problem. Fortunately neither required surgery but i found he was attentive, caring and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
