I have found the most wonderful doctor, and staff of my lifetime. I feel so lucky, especially at this late stage in my long lif?e. Because of his and their compassionate, and unconditional-care, I never have to wonder or worry. I am so grateful, and my heart is full.

My father was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. Dr. Aghalar was amazing in every way! Kind, caring and always gave us hope. When my dad passed we called to let him know and he cried over the phone. What an amazing doctor!! Highly recommend!

Dr Aghalar was my treating oncologist at the Memorial Sloan Kettering in Commack. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable regarding my diagnosis. He explained treatment options and potential side effects in language that was easily understood. Dr Aghalar was caring and supportive, and helped me through this difficult time. He answered all my many questions and readily made additional appointments as needed. Dr Aghalar is concerned about the whole person and not just the “cancer and treatment”. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Aghalar has been instrumental in my treatment and recovery from chemotherapy, through extensive surgery over the past four years. He is kind, nonjudgmental and extremely encouraging! He is extraordinary in his knowledge of current research findings and the latest treatment options. In addition, his support staff also bear many of those same characteristic, always at the ready to answer any and all questions. In closing, I am very grateful that Dr. Aghalar is my oncologist
