Horrible experience…she checked my cervix for dialation and I was in tears. The roughest doctor I’ve ever had by far! I was bleeding after the check. I also asked some follow up questions about my baby and she became argumentative and didn’t even explain. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr Hayles has been my doctor nice my first pregnancy and now this is my third and she is still my doctor. She and her staff are so nice. I have not had anything to complain about. I have always been treated well and with Care and concerned. I will recommend Dr Hayles PAtterson to anyone looking for a doctor.

Dr Hayles has been my obgyn now for 3 years! And never once was I disappointed in any of my visits ! Today I received birth control and my experience with her and her staff was very pleasant! I also battle blood pressure issues and they’ve always done their best to combat them . While receiving my birth control she was very gentle as she has always been this way . I will continue to come back to her no matter where I live as this location makes me feel the most comfortable!

My experience was Dr.Hayles and her staff was horrible. I was told that i had HPV just to schedule an apt with another OBGYN and the results came back negative. Also, i had to pay $50 to retrieve my results with this Doctor . Something i have never heard of. also, during my peps smear i did feel rushed and little to no compassion once she gave me my results. I would not recommend this OBGYN. Horrible customer service and they do not care about their patience. For got to mention they would not give me the proper coding for my referral due to not using the service that was recommended to me. Dr. Hayles gave me the run arounds as well as sending over some numbers that did not pertain to the code I needed. Her response after sending the document she scanned over via email. " I will review when I get into the office later today or in the am".. no compassion towards anything

The staff at this location was nice and Dr. Patterson seemed nice enough during my visit. Being a new patient I didn't know what to expect because some of the reviews I had read online prior pertaining to Dr. Patterson weren't the best. I wish I would have listened to the reviews. I was seen in her office on Tuesday and immediately following my visit Dr. Patterson was supposed to send in a prescription to my pharmacy for me to pick up. It took her TWO DAYS to send in the prescription!

Gives very rough paps & cultures to the point of bleeding & extreme discomfort due to her rushing . When you explain to her that she's being to rough she ecuses you of just being dramatic . During my pregnancy she made feel as my question where irrealavant & dumb . I regret choosing her as my obgyn . Next pregnancy I will she a different obgyn
