Dr. Matthews is a good doctor but the wait time is ridiculous! Every appointment is over an hour late being seen! The staff could try to be easier to work with.

Dr. Matthews delivered me 24 years ago and now she is my OB. Talk about patient retention and longevity of care! I trust her with my life. She treats me like family. She speaks to me like I’m an old friend. I have no doubt she treats all her patients like this. I have nothing but respect for Dr. Matthews.

Just recently I was able to go back to Dr Matthews. Because of insurance plans dictating who you can & can’t see, I wasn’t able to see her for several years. I am BEyond HAPPY to be under her care again!!! There is simply no other ‘girlie’ doctor that has ever provided the level of care I get from Dr Matthews. Not only is she EXTREMELY knowledgeable of how the female body functions, she also has the most caring bedside manner that any woman would want when it’s that time of the year to get your ‘oil checked and maybe a small tune up‘. The most caring trait that she has in my opinion is... SHE LISTENS to every word you say, addressing your concerns pertaining to your own body and how it functions. You are not ‘just a number passing through’. Dr. Matthews is undoubtedly THE BEST OF THE BEST! If you are on the fence about seeing a female doctor for your ‘girlie’ needs like I was many many years ago... you will not be disappointed if you chose to visit Dr. Jacquin Matthews :)

She is the best doctor around! Been my GYN for 20+ years. Worked with her in surgery at All Saints as an RN. She did not graduate from college of osteopathic. She is an MD so her bio here is wrong. But I'm telling you she is the best. Did a couple of surgeries on me and gonna have to do another soon. I trust her completely.
