Dr. Calbert is wonderful: very knowledgeable, attentive, professional, courteous & friendly - everything you look for in a provider. Unfortunately, the office is very poorly run: not something you can blame on the provider. The real problem is NP supervision and education. The NPs contradict the doc's either because they're overworked or not schooled in doctor-patient relations. They're very quick to undo a doc's decision without checking the patient's history to verify the patients' statements.
