Dr. Jacqueline Skaggs, DO

Outstanding, caring professional. Exceeds all expectations one could have about a Doctor. She cares for each and ever individual and treats them with dignigty and respect. She listens to your concerns and follows up with you with a personal call after each and every x-ray, MRI blood work etc. An outstanding person and medical provider.

Dr. Skaggs is the best, she takes all the time we need to go over everything and I really appreciate that.

Rude and disrespectful

I just had a follow up with Jackie. She takes time and actively listens to all aspects of health, including environmental and emotional factors. She is very no-nonsense and will tell you the truth, even if it's not what you want to hear. She is very concerned with patients' health. I'm very lucky to have found her! My husband and sons are also satisfied patients.

Dr Skaggs is an excellent physician, very professional on this staff are always pleasant. The office is very well run. I would highly recommend her.

I felt like Doctor Scaggs talked down to me. She also seemed to avoid answering questions. The assistant nurse was also rude at times.

Never have I had such a dissatisfied experience with patient care and communication with her staff.

I recently saw Dr. Skaggs and am very disappointed with her. When I mentioned that I had a few questions she said "Well, if they are short ones." I found that to be very rude. I expect more from a primary care doctor and will not be returning.

Disgruntled doctor. Highly narcissistic.

Completely unprofessional. When you train to be a health care provider one of the many things they try to teach is empathy. When my mother calls me about a doctor who condisendling says really to her not feeling top notch in her current mental state really shows the lack of professionalism you have to show. Suicide prevention should be a major task you should work toward considering all the current news on depression and sucide in current news.

Having had diabetes for 34 years now, I basically need a doctor to write prescriptions. Dr Skaggs does fuss a little if my labs are too high, but that is her job. I like that she understands my knowledge of my disease and does not try to "one up" me about it. She always listens to my requests about any issues, and helps in any way she can. I have found her offices front desk to be professional and proficient in getting notes/messages back to her or her MA and they respond promptly.

I am 19 year old female wanted to make appointment and visited the doctor for the first time by myself. The staff took the appointment for a service that the Doctor could not preform and still billed me. When I and my mother questioned the charge, they were unwilling to adjust charges and hung up on us. I can not recommend this doctor office to anyone that would treat me so poorly. Where the doctor spends so little time with me, doesn't preform services I requested and the staff not helpful
