I was left anxious and upset. I felt she was detached and paid no attention to my uneasiness despite the fact that my chart shows that I have a history of anxiety and depression.

Dr Riedel listens very carefully and is excellent about giving me information and advice. She is kind and generous with her time. I always feel as though I am the only patient of the day as she is not rushing on to another patient who may be waiting. All of the staff are excellent and I am treated with respect and dignity. I love my new doctor and her office staff!

I normally see Susan McAndrew for my visits and this is my preference. The new provider was pleasant enough, however, I will still want my visits with Susan.

I really like this facility and the team there, but more importantly I really like and trust Dr. Riedle. I chose her as my PCP last year and although she is quite young I feel confident that she extremely capable, and she makes me comfortable as well.

I hurt my back and was in major pain. I asked if I could get a MRI and she advised I would have to do physical therapy, steroid/ injection, and seek chiropractic solutions. After no luck and having a chiropractor adjust me without seeing an MRI I was in more pain then before. I finally had enough and I asked her for a referral to Rothmans. She stated they would perform same/similar process. I went to Rothmans and they completed an MRI and I was advised I had a large herniated disc that required surgery. After surgery I felt like a new person..... I wish I would of had an MRI months before but Dr. Riedel did not request one.....
