Trustworthy and kind
Dr. Pennywitt has been so kind and understanding. As a new mom of two with medical problems of my own I have been very stressed at times and she never fails to put me at ease and remind me that I am doing a good job with my kids. No question is unimportant to her and she will answer them honestly and in as much detail as possible. We love having her as our pediatrician and are so glad we found her!

Amazing Doctor
Dr. Pennywitt listened to our questions and explained everything in great detail, so we could understand. She has an amazing calming presence that makes us feel reassured for our first born. Dr. Pennywitt truly cares for her patient, but also what’s best for a new mother as well.

Respectful, kind, great with teens
After having an encounter with a physical at this office that felt very unwelcoming, Dr. PennyWitt has been a breath of fresh air. She's kind, respectful, knowledgeable and really connects with the kids (mine are now teenagers). She also found a heart murmur at our sons 14th wellcheck which turned out to be a major congenital defect resulting in open heart surgery. So grateful that she was in tune and also appreciate how she handled the situation.

Dr. Pennywort is fantastic! We always feel like she is thorough and caring in her evaluations. She's also great at taking time to talk with our kids and letting them be part of the conversation during each office visit.

We recently started seeing Dr. Pennywitt earlier this year (2020). She is personable and great with both my son (8) and daughter (4). If you have to see her last minute the office is great at fitting you in as soon as they can, even if it's a televisit appointment. Not only does Dr. Pennywitt speak to the parents but she also makes sure she speaks directly to the child to get their input on what's going on. I would recommend her and the whole Powell Pediatric Care group to anyone.
