Dr. Jacqueline Krock, MD

Dr. Knock has and maintains her own practice. She provides a modest facility with a warm home atmosphere. She listened carefully to me, gently gathered from me thorough information, examined me and reviewed with me recommended options. She took such care, I felt like I was getting top notch treatment from a very knowledgable expert.

It's always great to work with a Dr. who is caring, and listens to her patients. I could tell she actually had my best interests in mind, and wanted to do her best for me. Thank you, Dr. Krock!

Dr. Krock has been my primary care physician for a number of years. She takes the time to hear my needs and concerns, and provides information to help me make an informed decision. She takes time with her patients, is thorough, is current on the latest reserch follows up. and follows through. I completely trust that I am in good hands and will receive the best care with Dr. Krock. When I fell ill, Dr. Krock led me each step of the way to recovery. She called every day to check my vitals and told me to call her if they deviated from specific parameters. Recently, my brother had a life threatening medical emergency, yet was reluctant to see a doctor because of a prior experience. I told him that I trusted Dr. Krock completely. She arranged her schedule to make a house call, ran a battery of tests and was thorough in her evaluation, identifying the underlying issue and helping him toward a path to recovery. I believe Dr. Krock was instrumental in saving my brother's life.

Dr. Krock has taken care of my 87 year Mom for the past 20 years. She takes such a personalized approach, and you can feel the care and love she has for her patients. She is very communicative with the family and helps us explore all options with the care of Mom. We are so glad to have her on our team.

Dr Krock was great. I needed an appointment fast and she made a special effort to see me. Her office was welcoming and the wait wasn't long at all. She gave me very comprehensive care and she gave me some great tips too.

I have worked with Dr. Krock for a number of years and have always had very pleasant experiences. Dr. Krock has always been accessible for an in person appointment when necessary, and follows up via the telephone when appropriate. Her diagnoses have been spot on and treatments reasonable and effective: her physician referrals for out-of-scope ailments have been to very well experienced and caring associates.I have been very happy with Dr. Krock's care and fully recommend her. She is a caring and well experienced doctor that focuses on the patient with full attention.

My wife and I have been patients of and consulted with Dr. (DeSitter) Krock for many years.  During that time, she has provided us with excellent services directly via her internal medicine specialties as well as referrals for osteo and spinal issues. Specifically, she was instrumental in connecting me with a top notch shoulder surgeon and my wife with a neurosurgeon, both of whom performed well needed surgeries. Further, Dr Krock has successfully treated us, as well as family members, for items like infections, blood disorders, and other urgent care needs. We have always found Dr Krock to be accessible, knowledgeable and patient. We have also found her billing practices to be reasonable and efficient.  We totally recommend Dr Krock as either a family physician or in connection with her internal medicine specialties.

I just wanted to share that Dr Krock is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. She not only truly cares about her patients, but also is extremely knowledgeable and good at what she does. No matter what might be going on, I have always had great confidence that she knows what she is doing and is giving me the best care possible. She is very thorough, and will always go out of her way to do all in her power to help and treat her patients. Dr Krock is extremely dedicated, professional and compassionate. I would highly recommend going to her for any of your medical needs.

Dr. Krock has been my primary care physician for over 15 years. I never have a problem scheduling an appointment usually within a few days of calling and for urgent matters she has worked me in on the same day. She really listens to what I have to say and asks questions as necessary to focus in on my health issues. Twice during my annual physicals she has found life threatening conditions in their early and very treatable stages. After carefully explaining my treatment options in both cases I was able to select the option I was most comfortable with. Both conditions have been successfully treated and I am now fully recovered. I owe my life to Dr. Krock and I feel that there are very few doctors around that would spend the time and effort that she does to give her patients the best care possible.

This is one of the most unethical and corrupt doctors I have ever experienced. She refuses to communicate via phone or fax (doesn't have email), she makes easily avoidable mistakes on claims and when submitting claims, she does not give you information on costs ahead of receiving a service (known as a “good-faith estimate”). This doctor is a headache and a nightmare...not to mention incompetent. I truly wonder how someone like this cannot be held accountable.

Horrible less than competent or caring. Mistreated my mothers bladder infections for over a year. Run do not walk to any other physician almost. This one is a mistake. There is a very good reason appointments are easy to get.

Dr. De Sitter was the worst doctor that I have ever visited. She used questionable billing practices and became rude and abusive when she claimed a check bounced. She personally called me and yelled and threatened me over the phone. I would never let anyone I cared about see this woman.

I do not recommend this doctor. At the very least, question her carefully before you see her about the insurance she will accept and what she'll charge you for up front. I felt misled and taken advantage of. She handles all the financial and clerical tasks herself, which makes it awkward to challenge her unusual billing practices. She aggressively pursues you for visits you don't necessarily want or need. One visit was enough to know she was not someone I'd feel comfortable with.

Dr. DeSitter was my primary doctor several years ago. I absolutely love & respect her. She listens to what you have to say and orders needed test & treats her patients appropriately. She has a positive & caring attitude always. I miss her & would still be with her if I had not moved & changed insurance carriers. Carolyn Markham (Grant)

Dr Desitter appears to be looking out for your best interests but does not take responsibility for her actions, such as ordering tests that are not medically necessary. My insurance would not pay for the tests resulting in my having to pay. I am a senior who lives on a fixed income. Even when approached she was not responsive. I would never consider going to her again--and she requires you pay up front for medical care but will bill your insurance.
