Perfection
There is no other word to describe Dr Jones and perfection. She has the most incredible bedside manner and a way with children that you wouldn't believe. I first met her right after giving birth when she came up to the mother baby unit and knocked on my door identified herself and told me that she had heard that the cutest baby ever had just been born and was seeking permission to see it. I haven't a bad thing to say about Dr Jones she's been nothing but kind compassionate understanding and helpful honestly if there was an award I could give for the best pediatric doctor in Berkshire County she would be who I gave it to.

My daughter loves Dr. Jones but last year her birthday is in February and couldn't get a appointment til august and now this year she can't get in to see her at all !! I'm not happy as my daughter has had alot of health issues and is scared to death to go and it just makes her feel better when she sees Jackie now we have to see someone else , not right so my daughter is going to be stressed about it and it is wrong she should be able to see her primary !!
