Dr. Jacobo Futran, MD

As always, my wife was on time for her appointment. After waiting more than a half hour past her appointment time some who was very late for an earlier scheduled appointment showed up and they took them 1st. This move, that is contrary to every customer service lesson ever taught made us wait even longer. Can you believe that?People think that seniors have nothing to do, so it's ok to keep them waiting. Not so! I wish them the same courtesies they give when they reach our age.BTW, it's now an hour past my wife's appointment time and she's still waiting.Time for a new doctor, one who cares.

Dr Futran is very patient with me, and I really appreciate it. I’m not great at explaining symptoms, but he took the time to listen and really understand what was wrong. The office has a good atmosphere and everything about my visits always go smoothly

I love everything about this doctor office. It’s run by him and his wife. Which is super cute. I love having a mom and pop doctor’s office instead of the corporate hellhole that so many doctor offices have become. He treats me well, and the medication that he put me on, helped with my condition. Overall great service and an absolutely adorable atmosphere. Love getting service while supporting small businesses

EXCELLENT

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. I was told I was cover for insurance. Received a call the day of my appointment letting me know that I was not covered. I spent the whole day calling my insurance company. Doctor’s wife is the office manager and was extremely rude and aggressive. I came straight from work forgetting my wallet and asked the office to bill my house. She refused and said I won’t let the doctor see you unless you pay first. They finally said the doctor will see you but I said I will just leave as I didn’t want my doctor’s care fo be taken for granted because of this mishap. I came home and received a very rudely worded text message from the doctor’s wife (office manager. Very disappointing as the doctor has great reviews but cannot believe a great doctor is married to a person of such disrespect and aggressiveness. I have never experienced this before let alone from a doctor’s office. I have screenshots of her multiple texts to me calling me stupid and more. StayAway

My favorite doctor, I have been a loyal patient of Dr Futran for years. He is the type of doctor who gets to know you on a personal level which lets him deliver truly excellent medicine

I was so nervous when I went to Dr Futran. My primary physician said I needed to see a rheumatologist due to the pain I was experiencing. I’m always nervous when it comes to new Doctors, but Dr Futran was a pleasure. So nice to talk to and he made me feel so comfortable. He explained everything and prescribed what feels like an excellent treatment plan. I will give an update based on how it goes. A really knowledgeable doctor. I often have to wait a long time, but in exchange I get a doctor willing to give me as much time as I need. Dr Futran is willing to answer all of my questions and take all the time needed to give me a great exam. If you want a good diagnosis, this is the place to get it.

A month ago I called the office of Dr. Futran to make an appntmnt for my 15 y.o. First question I asked "Do you accept 15 y.o. patients?" I was told "yes" & followed up with providing her date of birth, name and details of why I am making appointment (referred by pediatrician). Last week office called me to remind that we are having appointment and I did. Today, I called office, emailed them her bloodwork, left work early, came with my daughter and was denied appointment because she is 15 !!!

Dr Futran was extremely knowledgeable , patient, caring and attentive. He listens patiently and makes you feel like your the most important patient.
