Very unprofessional…Not an understanding practice at all. Highly disrespectful on the phone. Literally appalled.

I was desperately looking for a new physician. I looked for days for a doctor who would not be eligible for retirement before I am; had excellent patient reviews and was accepting new patients. I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Wilson. With his help, I was able to stop taking medication that I had become dependent on and taken for over 30 years.

As a new Huntsville resident, my search primary care physician included medical rating services such as Healthgrades. Dr Wilson met all key criteria, so I called to initiate services. The phone rang -- did not go VM or auto menu -- until a live voice answered: The Doctor himself. He explained that the office was temporarily closed that afternoon due to Governor's severe weather declaration. He stated that my health plan meets eligibility requirements and assured staff would call next day. His congenial, competent office staff followed up as promised. All prelim paperwork was handled professionally on-line and appointments related to routine annual physical were set quickly. No long waits in the lobby or in the exam room here! Dr was prompt, attentive, friendly, smart, helpful. Staff scheduled hassle-free lab tests & convenient, inexpensive prescription pickup. Doctor later called me DIRECTLY to discuss lab results! Dr Jacobs is outstanding, exceeding highest expectations, a true Pro!

Dr Wilson and his staff are so helpful and caring. They are prompt as well as thoughtful. They have helped me realize my goals for becoming healthier. Highly recommend to those looking for a caring knowledgeable doctor.

Dr. Wilson takes the time to really listen to your health concerns and follow up with your care, you never feel ignored or forgotten. If you want a doctor who genuineley wants to find ways to improve your health and is invested in you from start to finish, Dr.Jake Wilson is your guy! This has been the best experience I have had at a doctors office in a long time. There was no wait time, the office staff was warm, friendy and helpful and Dr. Jake is just the best!
