We had an appointment every time we went but still waited over 3 hours at each visit. The staff was not friendly or courteous. It was obvious that they did not care about their patients. And as if that wasn't enough, they sent my bill to collections without even notifying me in any way (no letter, call, email, or anything) that insurance didn't pay (even though they actually did pay it. The staff misplaced the check ). I'm very highly disappointed, and we will not be returning to this clinic.
