I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Sedgh who truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I met him, I could tell he was different from other surgeons I had consulted. He was not only incredibly honest, but also deeply caring, making sure I felt comfortable and heard throughout the entire process.We were on the same page from the very beginning, and he took the time to understand exactly what I wanted— a natural look that would enhance my features without making a drastic change. The 3D renderings we discussed beforehand were spot-on, and the results were precisely what we had envisioned together.What stood out most was how genuinely dedicated he was to ensuring we achieved my goals. Unlike many other surgeons I encountered, he wasn't driven by ego but by a true desire to deliver the best results for his patients. Much like the other reviewer, Kendra Hall, Dr. Sedgh also took 16k for a procedure not performed and has refused to refund me. This office does not care about you as a person, they only care about profit.

If you are looking for an exceptional, specialized, highly skilled, qualified, meticulous plastic surgeon who genuinely cares about patient outcomes, choose Dr. Sedgh. In 2016, I had a rhinoplasty that left me with some internal challenges with breathing and a constant drip, as well as a very disappointing aesthetic as far as the shape of my nose and how it looked on my face. In 2023, I began researching and meeting with plastic surgeons who specialized in rhinoplasty revisions. The first two surgeons underwhelmed me as they were not listening to my concerns and moreover, their proposed solutions were not acceptable to me. I met with Dr. Sedgh in November 2023 for my initial consult. He is double-board certified and only performs surgeries from the neck up which led me to understand the importance of this in making my decision. He also has great reviews everywhere I researched, and of course looking at his gallery of photos I knew I wanted to meet him, so I schedule my consulta

I scheduled surgery but due to poor health I had to reschedule and now I am trying to cancel and get a refund due to my chronic conditions. The doctor refused to refund my $32,900 and I never received a copy of the forms that I signed at the consult or even a receipt even after phone requests. My endocrinologist wrote a letter, but they refuse to give me any email to submit the letter. They also refused to email me copies of the paperwork that I signed, making it very difficult for me to get my money back. My credit card company is aware of the fraudulent charge and I’m hoping that I will not have to get an attorney involved.

Dr. Sedgwick did an amazing job on my revision rhinoplasty. He and his staff are amazing.

Dr. Sedgh office is run by an unpleasant staff that will not properly greet or handle incoming patients with care, respect or professionalism. His practice manager is an avaricious, incompetent, profit motivated individual with absolutely no integrity whatsoever. Also, they will “upsell” patients and new clients on more unnecessary and aggressive cosmetic procedures that entail significant risk. Furthermore, Dr. Sedgh is quite phony in his Mr. Nice Guy act but lacks the proper discourse of handling patients with genuine care, and authenticity. This practice is only focused on generating a high volume client turnover while upselling expensive add-on procedures. I highly recommended looking elsewhere out of the 90210 zip code for a superior experience.

Dr. Sedgh and his team are so kind and talented. He truly is an artist with a good eye for natural rhinoplasty results. The airflow in my left nostril has improved as it was severely blocked before. He seems to have a knack at giving his patients the cutest little refined tip without making it look unnatural or pinched. I felt comfortable throughout the experience and felt well informed without feeling overwhelmed. My only regret is I didn’t do it sooner.

Dr. Sedgh has great hands when moving my eyebrows to the lift position that I wanted. The symmetry of my eyebrows are perfect now and also a younger look. I shopped around with other surgeons in the West Hollywood and Beverly Hills area. I was most comfortable with Dr. Sedgh, I must say due to his professionalism and meticulous appearance and most of all his down to earth attitude. I also took into consideration the environment of staff and facility which met my expectations. I definitely picked the right surgeon and most importantly my eyebrows have been lifted with perfect symmetry.

He did an amazing job with filler in my chin! He worked with me and layered 1 cc of Voluma showed me. Added a half more showed me then added more. We landed on the perfect amount and I followed up two weeks later to check-in. I’ll be going back in a few months to add 1cc more. I’m so happy with my results. I looked all over for the perfect doctor with years or experience in chin filler especially for men. 10 out of 10 recommend for anyone!

I went in to see Doctor Sedgh for dermal fillers for my cheeks and words can't really describe how easy the process was and how effective the results were. I was fairly skeptical of any sort of procedure, but Doctor Sedgh patiently answered all my questions and made me truly feel like he had my best interest in mind. Dr. Sedgh and his staff were great. I had a forehead osteoma that he removed. The osteoma is now completely gone and my forehead is flat! It's just what I hoped for. Very grateful that Dr. Sedgh was able to do this procedure.

Just one month post op and my nose is already looking amazing. I underwent a rhinoplasty with Dr. Sedgh about a month ago, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
