Best psychiatrist I have ever had.
I had the privilege of being under Dr. Poole's care when he worked for Baycare. He was the first doctor to truly listen to my needs and take the time to get to know me. His level of care is exceptional, treating his patients with genuine humanity and compassion. Dr. Poole was by far my favorite psychiatrist, and I was heartbroken when he moved locations. If you're looking for a doctor who takes his time, listens attentively, and makes you feel comfortable sharing your mental health concerns, Dr. Poole is the one. You are in great hands with him, as he provides a non-judgmental and supportive environment. If I could, I would move closer to his office just to continue having him as my doctor!!!

thrilled!
Dr. Poole is the absolute best!!! Such a refreshing departure from any doctor I've had before. He read about me before I arrived. He was polite. He asked insightful questions AND actually sat and listened while I answered them. He took extra time to get to know me and make sure the treatment choices were right. He actually EXPLAINED to me his thinking and asked me if I agreed or had questions. Finally!!! I couldn't be happier with my choice
