Nice man but dealing with a broken metatarsal as shown in an mri. After 8 weeks wearing a boot, he orders an xray which he had said before my initial mri that xrays don't often show stress fractures. I had told him that I thought an mri was warrnted. It didn't make sense. Of course xray came back normal but still had foot pain. He was quite nonchalant about it and said I could resume normal activities. Well still had bad foot pain. He finally orders an mri and tells me to buy a 3500 dollar machine. Meanwhile he goes away for a month, was supposed to ensure follow up by another surgeon. And my family doctor tells me that my metarsal is healed. Now I'm out 3500 dollars for nothing. His secretary never called me back. I had to ask her if I could get follow up with him and she makes me wait another week to have a phone consult. Not impressed.
