Terrible Office Staff
Dr. Joseph is great doctor but the office staff is rude and unprofessional. I've been seeing Dr. Joseph for 31 years but I've just had enough of his staff. The nurse was arguing with the receptionist who was obviously new, berating her in front of patients. Obvious workplace harassment. Then I got to hear how she wasn't going to put with any walk-ins today, and how 'she was done that non-sense.' Then I heard the person who handles the insurance and the nurse in the back room saying how they were going to charge this patient $60 if they canceled again. Everyone in the waiting room got to witness/hear these 'wonderful' exchanges. There should be dignity and respect in every work environment. Extremely unprofessional staff. Dr. Joseph if you don't know your staff is a reflection on you and your practice, this is your wake-up call.

Fantastic General Practitioner!
I have been a patient of Dr. Jocobs for a number of years and he continues to be warm, engaging and concerned about my health and personal health concerns. I always schedule my yearly physical with him and his office staff are always welcoming.

Takes his time, and is extremely patient with my elderly parents. Professional and concerned. Great bedside manner. Office procedures with scheduling was different, but not bad, and the staff is very kind.

I've known Dr. Joseph for years. He has consistently been professional, kind, and efficient. All qualities I look for in a physician. While some of his administrative staff are difficult to deal with, I've never had a problem with Dr. Joseph.

Dr. Joseph has been my primary care physician for over 15 years. He has a gentle touch in doing exams, asks good questions, and listens carefully to the answers. He stays abreast of developments in the medical field and is willing to intelligently and patiently discuss the pros and cons of medical procedures. He has a nice, calm, reassuring demeanor.
